BRIEF BIO: I grew up in Fruita, CO and after graduating from CMU I worked seasonal jobs for a few years that took me to Gunnison, CO; Ashland,Oregon; and a few years on both sides of the Tetons. I moved to Moab in November 2016 and have been here ever since. I started DJing at KZMU in August of 2024.

WHAT CAN LISTENERS EXPECT FROM YOUR SHOW?: You can expect a mix of indie/alternative rock with brief forays into other genres and an emphasis on subgenres with fuzzed guitar and bass and psychedelic and punk influences. I also strive to make at least 20% of the playlists to be music released in the last six months.

FILL IN THE BLANK: Community radio makes: a sense of community and platform for arts by amplifying local stories and independent artists, and demonstrating through its very existence the widespread rainbow of freak power colors that make up the area.

IF YOU WERE A PIECE OF OUTDATED AUDIO EQUIPMENT WHAT WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?: I would be the headphone jack to cassette tape car adapter for mp3 and cd players, because they’re niche weirdos and I also owned and used one extensively for a period.
