Uinta Basin Railway case challenges major environmental law in U.S. Supreme Court

On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments regarding the Uinta Basin Railway. The case has turned into a much larger legal debate about the bounds of the National Environmental Protection Act after approval for the railway was revoked in August due to an insufficient environmental impact analysis.
