Take a trip back in time to the Moab of the 50s and 60s with the latest episode of Thought For Food. Host Tim Buckingham interviews Mike Bynum, who’s father ran The Westerner Grill, a joint popular with Moab’s uranium miners. The duo also talk about Charlie Steen’s famous parties, as well as other gone-but-not-forgotten spots like the Canyonlands Cafe. It’s a trip down memory lane, and Tim even brings along an old menu to review from his collection.
