Moab Voices on Tax Reform – Get An Earful

When state lawmakers visited Moab to hear from locals on tax reform, they listened to concerns about lowering the sales tax rate – on which our local economy depends – as well as worries that any change up would siphon money away from education. As the state’s ‘task force’ on tax reform reviews their options to update an 80-year old tax structure, Moab is paying attention. On the extended newscast, we’ll hear some of these local voices in their raw form, from a town hall meeting this summer.
