The Colorado River Basin is facing a crisis. Much of the focus on solving that crisis has been on using less water. But there’s also talk of increasing water supplies – by modifying the weather through cloud seeding. As our partners at KUNC report, it all revolves around the cost of water and how much we’re willing to risk to get more of it.
