Doug McMurdo, associate editor of The Times-Independent, visits the KZMU studios to discuss some of the paper’s most recent coverage. This week, the Grand County Council failed to pass an overlay zone for higher density in the county. However, they did approve salary bumps for themselves and other elected officials.
