Host Tim Buckingham speaks with Marc Ehrler, corporate chef for Hilton International. Ehrler hails from the French Riviera. Although he trained under some of France’s most renowned chefs, he calls his grandmother his ‘foundation’ when it comes to cooking. Tim explores Ehrler’s upbringing, his early days sourcing food in California, and the drive it takes to become a chef.
