Author Heather Hansman: Fierce Country

The Moab Public Library will host a free event with author Heather Hansman, whose new book “Fierce Country: The Untold Story of Three Women Who Ignited America’s Love for the Wild” tells the story of three pioneering women—Georgie White, Anne LaBastille, and Dolores LaChapelle—who shaped American outdoor recreation and conservation in the 20th century through their work in river running, wilderness living, and deep powder skiing.
