Heidi Redd, Cowgirl, Conservationist, Candidate for State Representative District 27 shares perspectives, history

Self described cowgirl conservationist Heidi Redd, a longtime rancher/cattlewoman of the famous dugout ranch, situated near the south entrance to Canyonlands National Park, has thrown her hat into the ring for state representative this election season for Utah District 27, the biggest in the state. Redd will host a Moab meet and greet at 529 Rosetree Lane on the 29th of August. KZMU’s Christy Williams Dunton caught up with Heidi about her stance on public lands, her history in ranching, and her vision for the region.
